1. Driver Requirements
All drivers must be between the ages of 30 and 65 for exotic and luxury rentals, or 25 and 65 for economy/SUV rentals unless expressly authorized by our team. A valid, unexpired driver's license must be presented at the time of pickup.
2. Reservation and Payment
A reservation is only confirmed once availability is verified by our desk and a deposit or full payment is processed. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and approved digital payments.
3. Insurance and Liability
Renters must provide proof of comprehensive auto insurance that transfers to rental vehicles, or purchase an equivalent liability waiver at the time of rental. The renter assumes full responsibility for any physical damage, moving violations, or tolls incurred during the rental period.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund.
- Modifications to drop-off locations may incur a relocation fee.
5. Vehicle Use
Vehicles are strictly prohibited from being used for racing, off-roading, or any illegal activities. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Violations will result in a heavy detailing fee.
